Fans always know the musicians but how many of us know the people who are working hard offstage and contribute to the success of a band, an album or a tour ?
We're trying here to introduce them to you, from the roady who keep working hard on the road to bring the music you love to your hometown, to the sound engineer and producer who are helping out in the shadow to bring simple tunes to the top.
